Purpose:
Peter Bryant has delegated authority to serve
the notice (i) using his emergency/urgency powers as a member of
the Corporate Management Group (pg 95 para 1 of the constitution)
in consultation with the leader and (ii) using his delegated
authority as Director of Legal and Democratic Services to
institute, carry on, defend, compromise or settle legal proceedings
or other disputes.

Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations
2020
Reasons for the decision:
It is necessary and proportionate to issue a
Prohibition Notice to prevent continued contravention of the
requirement and to protect against the risk to public health from
Coronavirus.
