Construction on the site described as [junction of Lockfield Drive
(A324) and Victoria Way A320), Woking, Surrey without a Prior
Consent Notice in place, resulting in noise complaints being made
by local residents to the Environmental Health Service. Notice
served to prevent further noisy works outside of the permitted
