In accordance with the delegated authority set
out above, the Council’s Private Sector Property –
Amenity Standards be amended as attached.
To include an update that the current
Selective Licensing scheme ends on 31st march 2023 and the decision
has been made not to implement a new scheme.
Option 1 - The option not to amend the
existing policy was considered and it was decided that the first
time this document is issued to the public, it should be as up to
date as possible.
