The Mayor provided a brief overview of the events and activities she had participated in since the last meeting of Council. The Mayor had attended a number of events to mark the 75th anniversary of the D Day Landings and had visited a wide range of schools, charities, fetes and shows. The Mayor advised Members that a Facebook page had been established to record all the activities undertaken during the Mayoral year and to give an indication to Members of Public of what the role of Mayor entailed.
