The election of Councillor Morales as Chairman of the Committee was moved and seconded.

RESOLVED

That Councillor L M N Morales be elected Chairman of the Planning Committee for the ensuing year.

Vice-Chairman.

To elect a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.

Minutes:

The election of Councillor Aziz as Vice-Chairman of the Committee was moved and seconded.

RESOLVED

That Councillor T Aziz be elected Vice-Chairman of the Planning Committee for the ensuing year.
