Councillor K Howard moved and Councillor M I Raja seconded the election of Councillor M I Raja as Chairman of the Committee.

RESOLVED

That Councillor M I Raja be elected Chairman of the Appeals Committee for the ensuing year.

To appoint a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.

Councillor M I Raja moved and Councillor D J Bittleston seconded the appointment of Councillor K Howard as Vice-Chairman of the Committee.

RESOLVED

That Councillor K Howard be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Appeals Committee for the ensuing year.
