Chairman.

To elect a Chairman for the ensuing year.

Minutes:

The election of Claire Storey, Independent Co-Opted Member, as Chairman of the Committee was moved and seconded.

RESOLVED

That Claire Storey be elected Chairman of the Standards and Audit Committee for the ensuing year.

2.

Vice-Chairman.

To elect a Vice-Chairman for the ensuing year.

Minutes:

The election of Councillor Hughes as Vice-Chairman of the Committee was moved and seconded.

RESOLVED

That Councillor D Hughes be elected Vice-Chairman of the Standards and Audit Committee for the ensuing year.

3.

Constitution of Sub-Committee.

To appoint Members to the Standards Hearings Sub-Committee.  A report will be prepared in advance of the meeting.
