1.	Election of Chair. The Members of the Committee are invited to elect a Chair for the 2024/25 Municipal Year. Additional documents: Webcast for 1. Minutes: Councillor Oades moved and Councillor Cosnahan seconded the election of Claire Storey, Independent Co-Opted Member, as Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee. RESOLVED That Claire Storey be elected Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee for the ensuing year.
2.	Election of Vice-Chair. The Members of the Committee are invited to elect a Vice-Chair for the 2024/25 Municipal Year. Additional documents: Webcast for 2. Minutes: Councillor Cosnahan moved and Councillor Greentree seconded the election of Councillor Oades as Vice-Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee. RESOLVED That Councillor Oades be elected Vice-Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee for the ensuing year.

Minutes: In receiving the report on the proposed membership of the Standards Panel, the Council noted that Councillor Oades, rather than Councillor Rice, was to be appointed a substitute member.
