To elect a Vice-Chair of the Panel for the remainder of the Municipal Year.

To receive any apologies for absence.

To receive declarations of disclosable pecuniary and other interests from Members in respect of any item to be considered at the meeting.

A copy of the Terms of Reference of the Panel is attached for information, recognising that this is the first meeting to be held.

“That the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of item 4 in view of the nature of the proceedings that, if members of the press and public were present during this item, there would be disclosure to them of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 & 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A, to the Local Government Act 1972.

Paragraph 2 – Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual.”

For the Group to consider the interviewed candidate(s) and make recommendation to Council.
