• Councillor Rashid Mohammed - Pecuniary - In accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor R Mohammed declared an interest in Item 7D – Recommendations of the Licensing Committee – Vehicle Specification Policy in Respect of Taxi and Private Hire Licensing, as a taxi licence holder in the Borough. The interest was such that Councillor Mohammed left the meeting during consideration of the item.
