- Councillor M Ilyas Raja - Non Pecuniary - In accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor M I Raja declared a non pecuniary interest in items 8 – Countryside Access and 9 – Surrey Heathland Project, arising from his position as a member of the Horsell Common Preservation Society. The interest was such that speaking and voting were permissible.
