- Councillor Ian Johnson - Personal and Prejudicial - In accordance with the Members’ Code of Conduct, Councillor I Johnson declared an interest in Item 10 – Annual Report by Council Representatives on Outside Bodies – in respect of the reference to Citizens Advice Woking arising from his wife’s employment by the charity. The interest was such that Councillor Johnson would leave the Council Chamber if there was any discussion of Citizens Advice Woking.
